Booking Instructions

  • Start by selecting a game field and choose your desired game package by clicking “book,” then select your preferred time and number of participants. Choose the number of participants based on your best estimate of players—you can add more players later by contacting us. Register to finalize your booking.

  • The advance booking fee is 5% for private group games, 50% for birthday packages, and 100% for open games.You will see the booking fee amount in the Paytrail payment window. The booking fee will be credited toward the final total on-site.

  • Through the online booking calendar, reservations can be made up to 4 hours before the planned game time.

  • If you want to make a booking for the same day or more than 4 months in advance, please contact us directly (09-6899 8989 or [email protected])

  • Please contact us directly (09-6899 8989 or [email protected]) if:

    • Your group size is smaller than 8 people or larger than 25 people
    • You want to pay for the entire event with sports benefits or corporate invoicing
    • You want to book an event for a school group or students
    • Your desired time or venue is not available through the calendar

By booking, you accept the service and booking terms.

The Konala Arena forest field is open from May to September and the Juvanmalmi competition field from May to October.
The Juvanmalmi indoor field is available year-round, and the Satama outdoor field depending on snow conditions.

Terms of Service
  • It’s recommended to arrive at the event venue at least 5-10 minutes before the event starts so we can begin at the scheduled time. Our game fields often have back-to-back events, so we may not be able to extend the event duration due to a delayed start.
  • The event time includes distribution of game equipment, usage training, paintball games, and return of equipment.

cancellation terms
  • At least 14 days before the event starts: €0
  • Later than 14 days but at least 48 hours before the event starts: by paying the booking fee or 50% of the event price (whichever is greater)
  • Later than 48 hours before the booking: full event price
  • If you need to cancel the event, it can be rescheduled once within a 3-month period from the original date free of charge, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event
